Hand painted art is shipped from the studio in Malta, EU. Most EU locations avail of complimentary shipping.
Packaging
Artwork is taken off from the wooden stretcher bars, canvas is rolled and carefully packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard liners to ensure safe transportation. Artwork is shipped in a reinforced cardboard wrap or a tube and marked fragile so that it arrives in pristine condition.

Delivery
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped out from my studio in Malta. You will be provided with the tracking number. Please allow 10 business days for the delivery. Ensure to provide correct address during the check-out and a correct mobile phone number so that the courier can get in touch with you.
Insurance
Artwork is insured and tracked. In the unlikely event of damages during the transport, please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue. Please send the details to support@anezkaarts.com.
