After you purchased my hand painted artwork and signed up to Quiet Luxury Club, you will be able to choose a suitable external frame to further enhance artworks’ visual qualities and to match your interior. The frame is custom and handmade by a local framing studio in Malta,
and it takes up to 10 business days. The art will ship within 1 week after it has been framed. I will start preparing for the shipment only after the payment transaction has been confirmed.

Fine art prints on canvas, wood, metal, paper or textiles are printed on demand after the order has been made. Your artwork is hand made to order by a local printing and framing studio in Malta. The manufacturing takes up to 10 business days. All printed artwork undergoes strict quality control protocols. After the highest quality has been ensured, your artwork will be prepared for shipment.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. Multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard liners are used to protect the artwork. Artwork is shipped in a reinforced cardboard wrap
and is insured during transit.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location, however standard delivery
timeline is up to 10 business days from the moment the parcel was picked up by
the courier. You will be notified via email about the progress.

Please note additional time must be factored in if the artwork needs to be cleared by the customs of your country. The custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. As I personally check the quality of each individual artwork, the artwork is shipped exclusively from Malta, EU.

You will receive an email with a link to your order tracking as soon as your order has been picked up by the courier. 

I only work with reliable couriers, however in the unlikely event of damages incurred during transit, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com with a brief description and photo evidence of the damages. Artwork is insured for the duration of the transit.

All sales made on this Website are final. By purchasing a handmade artwork, a gift card or another product through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies.

Returns of handmade art are possible within 14 days of the date of purchase. In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com.

Bespoke/personalized/commissioned art and print on demand artworks (reproductions) are considered custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications such as size, medium and finish and no order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided, hence there is no obligation to accept such returns. However, if you contact me within 14 days from the date of the purchase, I will provide you with options to positively resolve the issue.

If you decide to return the artwork, please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all art print returns.

Please note that discounted items/items on sale may not be returned.

The item must be in perfect condition when returned. You must ensure that the packaging is proper for the item to be delivered in perfect condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return of artwork. Refund will be given once artwork has returned to me in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged).

Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by you. If there are any fees that need to be covered by me for the returned
artwork to reach me, then these charges will be deducted from the refund.

Yes, I ship overseas.

If your country in not accepted when you try to make your purchase, please reach out at support@anezkaarts.com and I will provide you with the details regarding shipment options to your country.

If you are a business located within EU with a valid VAT, you may be eligible for VAT refund. Contact support@anezkaarts.com and provide standard details:  company name, registration number, registered address, and VAT number.   If you reside outside of EU, your own country’s customs can ask you to pay taxes and fees when the artwork arrives in your country. Such customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please read the website policies for more details.

Yes, artwork is insured for the duration of the transit. Tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the item is picked up by the courier. You need to provide the correct address and contact details so that the courier can reach you. Please note P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Yes, bespoke art and custom sizes can be discussed. Contact support@anezkaarts.com.

Each piece of art comes with a certificate that verifies its status as an original artwork or an authorized reproduction.
Every certificate of authenticity is personally signed by the artist, Anez Ka, ensuring the genuine nature of your purchase. 

External framing is included for all hand-painted, bespoke pieces, and reproductions on paper and canvas. For hand-painted and bespoke artworks, you will be presented with three framing options to further personalize your piece. Make sure to subscribe to Quiet Luxury Club to avail of this option. Please note that our frames are locally crafted and custom-made from high-quality wood. As this is a hand-made service, please allow up to 10 business days for completion.

Fine art prints on canvas and fine paper come with external frames as described in the product descriptions.

However, prints on metal and wood are not framed externally. All artworks are equipped with hanging wires, ensuring they are ready to mount on your wall upon arrival.

Frames: We offer a variety of framing options. Each frame is handcrafted and custom-made from genuine wood, so minor differences in color and texture may occur.

Color: Please be aware that color temperatures may vary depending on your monitor or screen settings.

Artwork: Hand embellished artwork will slightly vary as it will include manual additions made by the painted during the embellishment process. The printed base will be however exactly as shown on the photos.  

Please be advised that all artists' copyrights are strictly upheld.

All handmade paintings and bespoke artwork are signed both on the front (right bottom corner) and on the back.

Reproductions do not include a signature on the face of the artwork.

Individual certificates of authenticity are provided both to confirm authenticity and high quality in case of reproductions.

No, purchasing the artwork does not transfer the copyright. You have the right to display and enjoy the painting as part of your residential or corporate décor. However, the artwork may not be copied, altered, or reproduced in any form without my explicit authorization. The artist, Anez Ka, retains the copyright to the image of the sold artwork and reserves the right to use it for prints, publications, promotions, and other purposes.

All printed artwork is produced using Giclée professional fine art inkjet printers, which employ archival, fade-resistant inks on a variety of premium mediums, including fine art papers, canvas, wood, and metal.  Fine art papers
in particular offer a lifespan of 75-150 years, contingent on the framing
materials and storage environment used. I predominantly utilize a selection of
Hahnemühle fine art papers and canvases, known for their exquisite textures.
One of my favourites is Hahnemühle German Etching (310gsm), a robust paper with a subtly textured finish. Its velvety matte surface is optimized for
high-contrast prints, making it ideal for limited editions. The warm white hue
of this vegan-certified paper provides an impeccable surface for reproducing
paintings. Every frame is crafted from high-quality, real wood, and we use the
finest UV glass to block harmful ultraviolet rays, to eliminate reflections,
and to ensure long-term protection for your artwork.

Use a soft dust brush to gently remove dust when needed with regards to wall art. Follow care instructions attached to the product with regards to print on textiles.

All artwork is meticulously crafted using premium-quality materials and advanced UV-resistant treatments to ensure their longevity. When cared for properly, your art will last a lifetime. To maintain the pristine condition of your artwork, it is advisable to keep it away from direct sunlight. The art should be displayed in a dry environment, extended exposure to high humidity can adversely affect the wooden and textile elements of the piece. By following these care instructions, you can enjoy your artwork for many years to come.

Yes, the gift card can be redeemed exclusively for online purchases at anezkaarts.com.

Gift cards expire five years from the day they were issued. Purchase date is considered as the gift card issue date. Standard return and exchange policies apply to items purchased with the gift card. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on the website for more information. You can combine multiple gift cards at checkout to cover the total cost of your purchase. Simply enter the gift card codes during the payment process. If the total amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using any of the accepted payment methods at checkout. Once the gift card has been used, it cannot be recharged. A new gift card can be purchased in such case.

All sales made on this Website are final.  By purchasing a gift card through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies. The right of withdrawal with regards to gift cards is honoured within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount depends on the amount of the funds still available to be redeemed at the time of refund request.
