Shipping Policy

Please read the below carefully to understand the Website shipping policy.

 

All artwork is sent in a stretched form and external framing is included. To avail of a more personalized framing for hand painted and bespoke art, sign up to Quiet Luxury Club.  Artwork is sent in reinforced cardboard wrap and multiple layers of protective lining to ensure safety during the transit. Tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the item is collected by the courier. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

Insurance

Artwork is insured for the duration of the transit as a default option. The insurance cost is included in the shipping fees. Tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the item is picked up by the courier.

 

External framing

Complimentary, more personalized framing is available for the members of Quiet Luxury Club for hand painted and bespoke art. You will be provided with 3 options to choose from. The delivery times will depend on the availability of our framing studio, usually 10 business days needs to be added to finalize the framing. For the fine art prints on canvas or paper, you can specify your framing options during the purchase and there are no extra charges for the framing.

 

Packaging & shipment preparation

Hand painted and bespoke art will ship within 1 week after the frame was installed. I will start preparing for the shipment only after the payment transaction has been confirmed. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation. All artwork is shipped in a reinforced cardboard wrap.

Fine art prints on canvas and paper and prints on textiles are prepared on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 10 business days for manufacturing. Your artwork is made to order and the frame is hand made by a local framing studio in Malta.  All artworks are subject to rigorous quality control protocols.

You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped out. You will be provided with the tracking number.  Please allow 10 business days for the delivery. You will be notified via email about the progress or any delays. We work only with reliable couriers so please kindly ensure you provide correct address during the check-out. Please also provide a correct mobile phone number so that the courier can get in touch with you. Shipping costs depend on your location and there may be additional charges applied. All artwork is shipped from Malta as I personally inspect each artwork before it can be shipped out from the art studio.

 

Timelines of the shipment

We do not organize shipments during weekends, holidays, or bank holidays. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs depend on your location, however standard delivery timeline is up to 10 business days. You will be notified via email about the progress. All artwork is shipped from Malta, EU.

Please note additional time must be factored in if the artwork needs to be cleared by the customs of your country. The custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please make sure we have all the details required, including your current address, to be able to ship the parcel to the correct location. Any issues with address may impact the delivery of your purchase. Please ensure the address is correct and not a post box.

 

Shipping & delivery

All shipments are tracked and insured. The tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the artwork is picked up by the courier. Once the item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for damages inflicted in transit or any other damages after the delivery of the shipment. We are not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process, customs or other. You are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

 

Costs

Shipping costs depends on your location. You will be notified about any shipping fees prior to completing the purchase. Any potential custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Tax, Duty & Customs

 

To correctly calculate the final price of the artwork, your VAT status information may be required if you are a corporate entity:

  • If you have a valid VAT number in EU, you may be eligible for VAT return.
  • If you reside within EU but you don’t have a valid VAT number, VAT will apply. The amount of tax charged depends on your country of residence based on your shipping address. In some cases, 18% of VAT may be charged instead.
  • If you reside outside of EU, no VAT will be charged however local customs charges may apply. Please note it’s the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all additional charges, tax, custom, duties specific to your location as per your local laws are paid.

We cannot take responsibility for any delays, which may arise and are out of our control such as customs delays etc. You are responsible to ensure that the purchased item may be shipped to the chosen destination country. VAT on artwork in Malta:  18%. In some cases, VAT as per your country of domicile within the EU.

 

Returns & Refunds

All sales made on this Website are final. By purchasing an artwork, gift card, or a product through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies.

Returns of handmade art which has not been customized/personalized in any way are possible within 14 days of the date of purchase. In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com. The item must be in perfect condition when returned. You must ensure that the packaging is suitable for the item to be delivered in perfect condition.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return of products. Refund will be given once item(s) has returned to the studio in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e., insured, tracked, and properly packaged). You will pay any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT, or other additional costs.

Commissioned/bespoke/personalized art and print on demand artworks (reproductions) are considered custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications and no order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided, hence there is no obligation on us to accept such returns. However, if you contact us within 14 days from the date of the purchase, we will provide you with options to positively resolve the issue. If you decide to return the artwork, please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all art print returns. The item must be in perfect condition when returned. You must ensure that the packaging is proper for the item to be delivered in perfect condition.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return of artwork. Refund will be given once artwork has returned to us in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e., insured, tracked, properly packaged). Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by you. If there are any fees that need to be covered by the Studio for the returned artwork to reach us, then these charges will be deducted from the refund.  

In case of damages incurred in transit, the item will be re-printed and delivered to you at no additional cost to you. In such case, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com with a brief description and photo evidence of the damages.

Please note that discounted items/items on sale may not be returned.

The right of withdrawal with regards to gift cards is honoured within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount depends on the amount of the funds still available to be redeemed at the time of refund request.   In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com.

Providing the correct shipping information is the responsibility of the customer.  Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.

We collaborate with reliable and secure payment providers, and we accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay,
  • PayPal,
  • Bank Transfer (Business to business transactions only - We will need the standard details relating to your business to be able to issue the invoice: company name, company address and company VAT number).
