The below Terms and Conditions contain very important information relating to services provided via Anez Ka Arts website. Please read the below carefully before you make purchase through our site.
The website and its content are owned by Anez Ka Arts (“Company”, “Studio”, “we”, “Anez Ka”, “artist”, “Anez” or “us”). The term “you”, “customer” or “buyer” refers to the user or viewer of www.anezkaarts.com (“Website”).
Acceptance of terms and conditions
You acknowledge that you have read the below terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you agree to all its terms and conditions included in this agreement. By accessing the Website and using our Services you agree to be bound by this agreement and to follow all the conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this contract, you are prohibited from accessing the Website and Services offered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. New version will be marked with the effective date on the bottom of the page containing this agreement. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Product Description
Website provides original paintings, fine prints on paper and canvas, framed fine prints printed on demand accordingly to customer specification and other items printed on demand such as houseware items and gift vouchers to be spent on our artwork/products in our shop. Additional services like framing of original artwork are also available upon request.
Disclaimer of warranty
Certificates of authenticity are provided with the purchase of each original handmade painting and limited-edition print.
We use professional materials to manufacture and protect the artwork. All hand painted and bespoke artwork is finished off with a minimum of two coats of protective varnish for the longevity of colour and the protection against UV. All fine art prints/reproductions are created using Giclée printing techniques and are printed on premium quality mediums such as heavyweight fine art print material, museum-quality paper, specifically designated for fine art printing. All frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and handmade by specialist picture framers. All frames are custom made and manufactured locally.
Please note that all hand painted artworks and framed prints are mounted on natural materials (wooden frames) and some warping may occur. This is usually caused due to change in room temperature and humidity.
Personalization of frames is offered with bespoke and hand painted artwork after the purchase has been made. You will be presented with 3 framing options to choose from. We will work with you to ensure the frame works well with your interior and elevates and enhances the visual qualities of the artwork. Reproductions on paper and canvas have framing included. You will select the framing option at the time of the purchase as per options indicated on the Website.
Pricing, availability, accuracy, and errors
We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We are updating our offerings of products and services on the Website from time to time. Although we do our best to perform our services properly, the products, offers, promotions or services available on our Website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.
Unless required by law, there will be no specific information available on the website indicating that the modification of products or services, inclusive of pricing, took place.
Shipping costs and VAT charges are displayed at the check-out stage once the shipping method has been selected by you.
VAT charges and shipping fees are displayed on the transaction summary. Business to business transactions within EU are not subject to VAT so if you are a business based in EU with a valid VAT number, please let us know your VAT number so that the VAT exemption can be processed. This is usually done in a form of a VAT refund.
You are responsible to pay any tax, customs, duty relating to your purchase depending on your local laws. All invoices must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. An item is cleared for the dispatch only after the payment has been processed and the shipping address is successfully verified.
Returns
All sales made on this Website are final. By purchasing an artwork, gift card or another product, through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies. Returns of hand painted art that has not been personalized are possible within 14 days of the date of purchase. In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com. The item must be in perfect condition when returned. You must ensure that the packaging is proper for the item to be delivered in perfect condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return of the artwork. Refund will be given once artwork has returned to us in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e., insured, tracked, properly packaged). Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by you. If there are any fees that need to be covered by the Studio for the returned artwork to reach us, then these charges will be deducted from the refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Providing the correct shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.
Bespoke/commissioned art and print on demand artworks (reproductions) are considered custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications such as medium, size and framing and no order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided, hence there is no obligation on us to accept such returns. However, if you contact us within 14 days from the date of the purchase, we will provide you with options to positively resolve the issue. If you decide to return the artwork, please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all art print returns. The item must be in perfect condition when returned. You must ensure that the packaging is proper for the item to be delivered in perfect condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return of artwork. Refund will be given once artwork has returned to us in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e., insured, tracked, properly packaged). Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by you. If there are any fees that need to be covered by the Studio for the returned artwork to reach us, then these charges will be deducted from the refund.
In case of damages incurred in transit, the item will be re-printed and delivered to you at no additional cost to you. In such case, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com with a brief description and photo evidence of the damages.
Please note that discounted items/items on sale may not be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued by Anez Ka Arts and can be redeemed exclusively for online purchases at anezkaarts.com. Gift cards expire five years from the date they were issued. Purchase date is considered as the gift card issue date.
Standard return and exchange policies apply to items purchased with the gift card. Multiple gift cards can be combined at checkout to cover the total cost of the purchase. If the total amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is to be paid using any of the accepted payment methods at checkout. Once the gift card has been used, it cannot be recharged. A new gift card can be purchased in such case. Contact support@anezkaarts.com in case of any issues with redeeming the gift certificate.
The right of withdrawal with regards to gift cards is honoured within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount depends on the amount of the funds still available to be redeemed at the time of refund request. In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order made by you at our discretion within 48 hours from the purchase without providing any reason. In the event of order cancellation or change to the order previously made, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You are responsible to provide us with the current and up to date contact details.
Personal Data, Payments & Due Diligence
We collect your personal data to be able to conduct the business and to adhere to our part of this agreement which includes the delivery of artwork purchased by you. We store this information as per statutory requirements. You will receive regular updates from us including marketing if you have subscribed to our newsletter. Please read more in the privacy policy document.
All sensitive and private data exchange is executed over an SSL secured communication channel and the payment providers that we use are PCI compliant holding the highest level of certification available in the payment industry. We may input additional safeguards such as 3D secure. In some cases, we may require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and a copy of your recent bank statement linked to the card credit/ debit which you used for the purchase. We may choose other forms of due diligence as we see fit, and you will be required to provide information as requested. We will hold off with shipping your purchase until all necessary checks have been completed to our satisfaction.
Shipping, delivery & liability
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at the checkout stage and depend on your location and the size of the artwork/product purchased.
Shipping of fine art prints/reproductions:
Reproductions on canvas, wood, paper and prints on textiles are prepared on demand after the order has been made. Please allow 10 business days for manufacturing. Your artwork is hand made to order and subject to rigorous quality control protocols.
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped out. You will be provided with the tracking number. Please allow 10 business days for the delivery. You will be notified via email about the progress or any delays. We work only with reliable couriers so please kindly ensure you provide correct address during the check-out. Please also provide a correct mobile phone number so that the courier can get in touch with you. Shipping costs depend on your location. As the artwork is manufactured and checked for quality locally, all artwork is shipped exclusively from Malta, EU.
Shipping of handmade artwork:
All members of Quiet Luxury Club receive a complimentary external frame together with a purchase of hand painted or bespoke artwork. To avail of this, sign up to the Quiet Luxury Club with your email address. You will be able to personalize your framing, we will offer 3 options of framing to choose from. Original artwork will ship from the Malta studio within 1 week after the frame has been installed and provided the transaction was cleared.
All handmade paintings are carefully packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes/wraps to ensure safe transportation. We do not organize shipment during weekends, holidays, or bank holidays. It can take up to 10 business days for the item to be delivered depending on your location. If longer wait time is required for example due to the application of varnish, you will be notified accordingly.
All shipment is tracked. We will share the tracking number with you as soon as the artwork is picked up by the courier. Once the item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for damages inflicted in transit. We are not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process, customs or other.
Artwork is insured for the duration of the transit. We make use of reputable courier services. The insurance cost is included in the shipping fees. You are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. See more details re shipping costs in our Shipping Policy.

Anez Ka Arts owns and holds a full copyright to all the works displayed on social media and sold (in the past, currently or in the future) through this website, other websites, or other channels such as direct sale in the studio or through partnering art galleries. All rights are reserved. Copying, amending, reproducing, or making profit out of the content presented without a written agreement with us is a copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Anez Ka Arts or its licensors. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Anez Ka Arts’ or third- party trademarks.
By purchasing Anez Ka Arts artwork (handmade painting, bespoke artwork, fine print on different mediums, homeware print on demand item) you are purchasing the product without the copyrights. All reproduction rights and copyrights remain with us. To purchase a licence, a specific licencing contract is required as per terms agreed. Licencing enquiries can be sent to support@anezkaarts.com.
The content of this Website or any other content created by Anez Ka Arts cannot be used for commercial purposes by you or any non-affiliated third parties. It is prohibited to download images from this Website, or the social media content owned by us. Copyright infringement in comments section of this Website or on social media is not allowed. It is not allowed to share links to images and video published in the protected member area. Any copyright infringement can be reported to us by sending an email to support@anezkaarts.com.
Testimonials / Product Reviews
If you submit a testimonial to us using our testimonials form, then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with the name that you populated on the testimonial form, on this website [and on any successor website that we may operate from time to time] and on social media, on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion.
You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. However, we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. You can edit your testimonials and anonymize your personal data. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be generated by and construed in accordance with Maltese law and the Parties hereto agree that the Courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action, or proceedings and to resolve any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement.
