Complimentary Framing

Artwork available framed in two options:

1. Simple, thin, wooden frame, handmade by specialist picture framers. Artwork includes a 5cm white boarder and is finished with a layer of protective varnish.

2. Thicker wooden frame (ca 4cm), handmade by specialist picture framers and finished with a layer of protective varnish. Artwork doesn't include a white boarder.

All frames are hand made from high-quality wood.

Please note the frames may vary slightly in terms of exact colour, due to the natural grain of the wood.

Please note gold and silver frames are quite reflective, so the colour may appear different based on viewing angle as well as lighting
conditions.

Premium Paper Quality

Artwork is printed on demand, on a range of premium quality heavyweight fine art paper. All Hahnemühle papers are extremely resistant to ageing in compliance with DIN 6738 and offer the highest life expectancy of several hundred years. The permanence of the print, i.e. the colour adherence is ink dependent and with UV resistant inks (pigmented inks) can last for more than
100 years.

Giclée Printing Method

Artwork is carefully profiled for fantastically accurate reproductions using giclée printing techniques, that last a lifetime with appropriate care. Produced with water based inks and sustainably sourced paper and wood.

Timeframes

Prints are manufactured on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 15  business days for the execution of the artwork. Your artwork is printed and the frame is hand made to order.

Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping costs depend on your location. Most EU locations avail of free shipping.

Delivery

You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure to provide correct address during the check-out.

Packaging

Artwork is shipped in a cardboard wrap/box. Protective packaging is
added together with corner protection to ensure safe delivery. The package is
marked fragile so that the artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready for you to hang. 

Damage During Delivery?

This is highly unlikely due to the sturdy packaging, however in this unlikely event I will ensure to find a satisfactory solution. Please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue.

Returns

Artwork is delivered ready for hanging.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, kindly contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide you with options available.

Please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all fine art print returns.
