Artwork is printed on demand, on a range of premium quality heavyweight fine art paper and wood. All Hahnemühle papers are extremely resistant to ageing in compliance with DIN
6738 and offer the highest life expectancy of several hundred years. The permanence of the print, i.e. the colour adherence is ink dependent and with UV resistant inks (pigmented inks) can last for more than
100 years.
Timeframes
Prints are manufactured on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 10 business days for the execution of the artwork. Your artwork is manufactured to order.
Shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping costs depend on your location. Most EU locations avail of free shipping.
Delivery
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure to provide correct address during the check-out.
Packaging
Artwork is shipped in a cardboard wrap/box. Protective packaging is
added together with corner protection to ensure safe delivery. The package is
marked fragile so that the artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready for you to hang.
Damage During Delivery?
This is highly unlikely due to the sturdy packaging, however in this unlikely event I will ensure the artwork is reprinted and delivered again at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue.
Returns
Artwork is delivered ready for hanging.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, kindly contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide you with options available.
