Gift cards expire five years from the date they were issued. Purchase date is considered as the gift card issue date.
Standard return and exchange policies apply to items purchased with the gift card. Multiple gift cards can be
combined at checkout to cover the total cost of the purchase. If the total amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is to be paid
using any of the accepted payment methods at checkout. Once the gift card has
been used, it cannot be recharged. A new gift card can be purchased in such
case. Contact support@anezkaarts.com in case of any issues with redeeming the gift certificate.
The right of withdrawal with regards to gift cards is honoured within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount depends on the amount of the funds still available to be redeemed at the time of refund request. In case of returns, please send an email to support@anezkaarts.com.
