Hand painted art is shipped from the studio in Malta, EU. Most EU locations can avail of complimentary shipping.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard liners to ensure safe transportation. Artwork is shipped in a reinforced cardboard wrap and marked fragile so that it arrives in pristine condition.
Shipping Timeframes
Original art will ship within 1 week after the artwork is framed. Framing is done manually and may take up to 10 business days. In case a longer period is required, you will be notified accordingly. If you do not wish to add a frame, the shipping will take place within 1 week of purchase.
Delivery
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped out from my studio in Malta. You will be provided with the tracking number. Please allow 10 business days for the delivery. Ensure to provide correct address during the check-out and a correct mobile phone number so that the courier can get in touch with you.
Insurance
Artwork is insured and tracked. In the unlikely event of damages during the transport, please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue. Please send the details to support@anezkaarts.com.
Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide options available.
