All canvases include professional artist stretcher bars milled from the finest quality kiln.

Artwork is printed on demand, using a giclée fine art printing process on a premium quality canvas providing 100+ year colour guarantee.
Premium Frame Quality
Framed artwork is hand finished by an experienced canvas framing specialist. Frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish.
Timeframes
Prints are printed on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 10 business days for the
manufacturing of the artwork. Your artwork is printed and the frame is hand made to order. After that the artwork is hand embellished - additional layers of paint, texture and protective varnish are applied which takes additional 15 business days. Artwork must be fully dry before it can be packed and shipped.
Shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping costs depend on your location. Most EU locations have complimentary shipping.
Delivery
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure to provide correct address during the check-out.
Packaging
Artwork is shipped in a cardboard wrap/box. Protective packaging is
added together with corner protection to ensure safe delivery. The package is
marked fragile so that the artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready for
you to hang.
Damage During Delivery?
This is highly unlikely due to the sturdy packaging, however in this unlikely event I will ensure the artwork is reprinted and delivered again at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue.
Returns
Artwork is delivered ready for hanging.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, kindly contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide you with options available.
Please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all fine art print returns.
