Paper Quality
Artwork is printed on demand, on a museum-quality fine art print paper with a textured, matt finish (200gsm). The permanence of the print, i.e. the colour adherence is ink dependent and with UV resistant inks (pigmented inks) can last for more than 100 years.
Giclée Printing Method
Artwork is carefully profiled for fantastically accurate reproductions using giclée printing techniques, that last a lifetime with appropriate care. Produced with water based inks and sustainably sourced paper and wood.
Timeframes
Prints are manufactured on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 10 business days for the execution of the artwork. Your artwork is printed and the frame is hand made to order.
Shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at the checkout.
Delivery
You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure to provide correct address during the check-out.
Packaging
Artwork is shipped in a cardboard wrap/box/tube. Protective packaging is
added together with corner protection to ensure safe delivery. The package is marked fragile so that the artwork arrives in pristine condition.
Damage During Delivery?
This is highly unlikely due to the sturdy packaging, however in this unlikely event I will ensure to find a satisfactory solution. Please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue.
Framing
Artwork available framed in a simple, satin-laminated frames, handmade by specialist picture framers. Framed artwork includes a mount. All mounts are conservation grade, sustainably sourced, 100% acid free. FSC certified off-white mat / window mount. Artwork comes with a Perspex glaze for added protection.
Frame size is 2CM | 0.8IN
Frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. Framed art prints include an off-white mount that will not discolour or fade with age. Following frames are available:
- Black Wooden Frame
- White Wooden Frame
- Natural Wooden Frame
Please note natural frames will vary slightly in terms of exact colour, due to the natural grain of the wood.
Mount
Framed prints include a thick 1.4mm window mount cut from premium,
textured mountboard. All mounts are conservation grade, FSC certified, 100% acid free, and will not discolour or fade with age. Mount size depends on the print size as follows:
- Frames 25x25cm (10x10”) or below have a 2.5cm (1”) mount
- Frames 28x35cm (11x14”) or below have a 3.8cm (1.5”) mount
- Frames 30x40cm (12x16”) or above have a 5cm (2”) mount
Persplex Glaze
Framed artwork is completed with a protective Perspex glaze to minimise glare and protect the face of the artwork.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, kindly contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide you with options available.
